Our Staff

OSC is presently owned by 3 partners with complementary skills. Bernard Delcourt, Gisèle Grunfeld and Tomas Torron-Mack perform consultancy assignments, either individually or together in project teams so as to deliver services and solutions that meet the wishes of our clients. T. Torron-Mack is in charge of Quality Management Technology; G. Grunfeld is responsible for the provision of Quality Audit & Training Services. B. Delcourt takes care of Project Quality Services and of Business Development whilst acting as OSC's Managing Director.

OSC relies on the support of a stable network of independent external experts in order to adapt manpower capacity and competences to customer demand. Since 1991, over 20 such experts have carried out work on behalf of OSC. Our ability to absorb peak workloads and to secure focused competences guarantees our commitment to delivering consistent quality to our clients at all times.

The staff of OSC have recognised know-how in Quality Management, Web-based Software Development, Project and Business Management, Telematics, Engineering and have a broad professional background in many technical areas.  A distinguishing feature of our staff is a proven exposure to diverse international, highly professional business contexts like those of the European Projects and of the larger industrial corporations.

All together, we are able to perform assignments in French, English, Spanish, German and Dutch.  We can interact with customers in Italian, Croatian and Portuguese.
