OSC Partner, OSC Managing Director has both an academic and industrial background and over 25 years technical and managerial experience in several disciplines: quality management; European project management and evaluation; European programme assessment; information technology development; nuclear safety engineering; applied fluid mechanics. He has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Australia) and a graduate degree in Physics Engineering (Belgium).

OSC Partner, Quality Audit & Training Services Manager, is "Ingénieur Commercial Solvay" (Free University of Brussels) and holds a Master Degree in Total Quality Management (University of Mons). Gisčle has over 20 years of professional experience in business where she has held several positions, first as a market analyst, later as a training manager and a management consultant. Gisčle has performed many assignments as a consultant, as an assessor and as a teacher in the broad area of quality management. She has acquired a thorough knowledge of the service companies, especially the SMEs in Belgium, France and Luxemburg. In 1998, she joined Open Services as a Senior Partner where she is in charge of the Quality Services business development. She has a wide experience in deploying Quality Systems. She currently lectures in Total Quality Management at the University of Mons.

OSC Partner, Quality Management Software &  Technology Manager, has been working on Quality Management consultancy projects for over 6 years, first as a Junior Consultant then as a Project Leader. Tomás has learned all sides of the practical implementation of Quality Systems, in markedly different types of organizations, interacting, in four languages, with people at all hierarchical levels. Tomas has hands-on know-how for leading a Quality System deployment/improvement project, can design and write Quality System manuals, procedures, job descriptions, instructions, forms, etc. Over the last 3 years, Tomás has focused on designing and developing process management software using data base technology and web-ready and web-based Quality Management Systems. Tomás, who has also contributed to several European Projects, holds a Master Degree in Telematics from the Graz University of Technology, Austria.
